Sound Sleep Health is wonderful. I live on San Juan Island, and when our closest Island Hospital Sleep Clinic shut down, I did not know what to do. However, I have been using Sound Sleep Health remotely for almost a year now and I love their service. NP Weeks is fantastic, and I feel very cared for and my sleep has never been better. Highly recommend.

I appreciated the services Sound Sleep Health offers. Doing the home sleep studies is so convenient and having the option to meet through secure video is so helpful. I just started my sleep hygiene therapy and I already feel hopeful. I highly recommend SSH and the services provided.

Sound Sleep Health has helped me stop snoring and significantly improved my sleep quality. Everyone I've worked with has been kind, professional, and helpful. Dr. Younger does a great job explaining the data generated by my CPAP machine and making effective adjustments to improve my sleep therapy. Their diagnose process and ongoing care have been convenient for my schedule, too - sleep studies were completed at home with equipment provided by their office and all of my appointments have been via telehealth on a mobile-friendly platform. Call them right now if your partner hates your snoring!

This was my first telehealth experience and it could not have gone smoother. I was extremely impressed by NP Weeks. She was thorough and very professional. The fact I could get help so quickly versus waiting two months for an in person consultation with another clinic was amazing.

Starting my first ever sleep study. Doctor and staff were very nice and explained to me the entire process. Any questions that I had were easily answered throughout the telehealth call.

AVOID AND STAY AWAY! Much like other recent reviews, read them, their actual billing practices are far different from what they tell you prior to any appointment. I contacted them early 2023, gave them all of my insurance info and was assured that my appointment would be covered by insurance and I would only need to pay for the copay + any CPAP device I would need. After the appointment I received a bill for nearly $500 stating that my insurance only covered a portion of my appointment. They tell you whatever they can to get you to schedule an appointment /sleep study and then rip you off afterwards. The device that was used continued to malfunction throughout the night and the results I received were not helpful or accurate. So here I am months later, out nearly $500 and still no CPAP. Again, AVOID & STAY AWAY!
